Founded in 2010 the Connecticut State Police Commissioned Officers Association (CSPCOA) represents the Lieutenants and Captains of the Connecticut State Police.

 

The association is governed by an Executive Board composed of elected active command officers. The Executive Board is composed of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

All executive board members serve the association for the betterment of all commissioned officers and the Connecticut State Police.

​

 The rank and file (troopers, corporals and sergeants) are not included in this association because they are represented through a separate collective bargaining unit. 

​

 This association secures its funding through membership dues and fundraising campaigns. Although we are an organization comprised of command officers from the Connecticut State Police we are not funded by the CSP. 

Funds raised during fundraising campaigns go toward membership, and professional services, charitable donations and other philanthropist activities.
